Placing an order

Adding a piece to your cart does not reserve it: stock is only committed when your order is placed. Because most items are one-of-a-kind, occasionally a piece sells while it is sitting in someone else’s cart. If that happens after you have paid, we will offer a replacement or refund you in full within three working days.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination.

We accept Cash on Delivery within Pakistan and card or wallet payments through Stripe. For Cash on Delivery, your order is confirmed immediately and payment is collected by the courier. For card payments, your order is confirmed once the payment provider tells us the payment succeeded.

Handmade variation

Every piece is made individually. Colour, glaze depth, grain, weave and dimensions vary between pieces, and photographs are of a representative example rather than the exact item you will receive. This variation is a property of hand work and is not a defect. Where a dimension matters to you, treat listed sizes as accurate to within roughly five percent.

Delivery

Pieces are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; couriers occasionally take longer, particularly around festivals. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellations

• You may cancel an unshipped order at any time for a full refund: contact us and we will stop it leaving.
• Unused pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Commissioned and custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty, because they were made to your specification.
• Damaged in transit? Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it, including postage.

Coupons

Coupon codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and have no cash value. We may withdraw a code at any time; codes already applied to a placed order are honoured.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the store or its makers.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
