Can I commission something specific?
Yes. Send us the dimensions, glaze or grain you have in mind and our workshop will come back with a sketch and a price. Commissions usually take three to four weeks.
My piece looks slightly different from the photograph.
It will. Everything here is thrown, carved or woven individually, so glaze depth, grain and small proportions vary. That variation is the signature of hand work, not a defect.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination, and everything travels in rigid boxes with straw and recycled paper.
Something arrived damaged.
Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it. It is rare, but it happens, and it is on us when it does.
