Shipping & returns

Dispatch time

Handmade to order: dispatched in 2 to 4 days

Commissioned and made-to-order pieces take three to four weeks; we will confirm a date when you order.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination:

• Standard: Rs 349

How we pack

• Ceramics and glass are wrapped in straw and recycled paper, then boxed inside a second rigid outer box.
• Wood is wrapped in cotton cloth to protect oiled surfaces.
• Textiles are folded with acid-free tissue.
• No plastic tape, no polystyrene, no bubble wrap: everything in the box composts or recycles.

Tracking

Once a parcel leaves us, the tracking number appears on your order page and is emailed to you. Signed-in customers can follow every status change from Account → Orders.

Returns

Unused pieces in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send return instructions: return postage is yours unless the piece is faulty or arrived damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece arriving back with us. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Damaged or faulty pieces

Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund you in full, including all postage. You do not need to return a broken item unless we ask.

What cannot be returned

• Commissioned or custom-made pieces, unless faulty.
• Pieces that have been used, washed or installed.
• Sale items marked as final sale in their description.
