Since 2019
TSHandiHut began at a weekend market with one potter and a folding table. The idea has not changed since: find people who make things properly, pay them fairly, and get their work to the homes that will keep it.

What we hold to
Every piece is traceable to the person who made it. We put their name inside the box, not just ours on the outside.
Reclaimed teak from old door frames. Clay dug from local riverbeds. Cotton from handlooms that have run for generations.
Our makers set their own prices and are paid before a piece ships: not thirty days after it sells.
We would rather sell forty pieces well made than four hundred made in a hurry. Small batches are the whole point.
How we got here
We started with one wheel, one kiln and a table at a weekend market.
Wood turners and weavers joined, and the first catalogue went online.
Across four provinces, each still working to their own pace and process.
Everything you see here was made by hand, checked by hand and packed by hand.
Come and see
If you make things by hand and want a shelf here, or you would like a piece commissioned to your own dimensions, we would like to hear from you.
